In this podcast we bring you an interview with Dr. Kelly Swanson, Associate Professor of Nutritional Sciences in the Department of Animal Sciences and Division of Nutritional Sciences and Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Medicine at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Swanson is working in an exciting new field of nutritional research known as the Microbiome. In this podcast he discusses his research and a project called The American Gut Project.
